Shipping Terms

U.S. Shipping

– Small prints ship for a flat rate $5 (for one)
– Multiple small prints ship for flat rate $10 (if you order 2 or 15 prints, its still $10)
– Posters ship for flat rate $10

Small prints (8×10, 11×14, 12×12, 12×16, 13×19) usually ship flat.

Single posters usually ship in a 3 inch diameter poster tube. Multiple posters usually ship in a bigger tube, 4 inch diameter. We use the good stuff.

We’ve been shipping prints and posters for around 20 years, we’re pretty good at it.

International Shipping

– Flat rate $26
– The same packaging from U.S. shipping is true for international, most small prints ship flat. We use same tubes, etc.

Order Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

We don’t normally provide delivery confirmation and/or tracking information when you place an order on Poster Cabaret. However, we welcome your email correspondence if you are concerned about a parcel and delivery of your order. Poster Cabaret has been shipping posters and prints for around 20 years at this point, we’re pretty good at it.

Worth noting, the Corona virus has really made international shipping slower than normal and also a little random in delivery times. Some parcels are taking 2-3 months. Just a warning so your head doesn’t explode when your package is late in arriving.

Returns

You can return an order (all or part) with no questions asked up to 40 days from the date that you receive your order. You will receive a full 100% refund if the item(s) is returned in the same condition it was delivered.

Replacements

We replace prints that have been damaged during the shipping process. However, damaged items must usually be returned to receive a refund or replacement. Replacement items are subject to availability at time of replacement. Poster Cabaret reserves the right to choose between a replacement or refund for the damaged item.

Lost items

We ship everything with “Delivery Confirmation” service. If an item becomes lost we will replace the item at our expense. However, if an item is shown as “Delivered” by the U.S. Postal Service, we will not replace that item or provide a refund. Problems often arise when orders are shipped to apartment units, condos, office buildings, and college dorms. Please be sure your local postal carrier knows how to handle your delivered items if you cannot control items that are left on/at a door step, hallway or office.
